Tasked with spearheading our research capabilities and fostering trusted relationships with advice firms, Rob founded the business in 2009.

He has held a range of management positions in large advice firms.

Heading up the investment team, Tony shapes the processes and controls which drive all our funds and portfolios.

Before joining our team in 2020, he was Global Head of Portfolio Construction for Barclays.

Adrian is responsible for fostering trusted relationships and partnerships with advice firms.

With nearly 40 years of experience under his belt, he combines relationship management, commercial responsibility and governance oversight to ensure high levels of satisfaction amongst advisers.
